This contract implements on-chain reserve auction functionality.
Foundation NFTs can be bought and sold using this market contract or any NFT market contract on Ethereum.
Using this market contract, both NFTs minted through Foundation and NFTs minted elsewhere can be bought and sold in a permissionless way.
